Get a taste of rock history at The Strand Theatre as they screen Marc Leif’s ROCKIN’ THE WALL (2010), a retrospective covering the music that brought down the Berlin Wall, featuring the tunes of The Doors, Quiet Riot, Toto, with a Q&A afterwards with Atlanta’s own funk masters, Mother’s Finest! Folk on down to Eddie’s Attic for a night with Black Prairie! Get funky and groove on down to Café 290 every second and fourth Monday of the month for a taste ofBumpin the Mango, ‘The groove that makes you want to move!’ Boogie on down to the Northside Tavern and spend an evening with Lola at her famous Monday Night Northside Jam! Blues on down to Fat Matt’s Rib Shack for a taste of the Pork Bellys and a plate full ‘o finger lickin’ BBQ!

Rock out and celebrate the legacy and music of Jimi Hendrix at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center during the Experience Hendrix 2014 Tour, featuring Billy Cox, Buddy Guy, Zakk Wylde, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Jonny Lang, Rich Robinson and more! Get spacey and retro with Man or Astro-Man?, Little Tybee and more at the Creative Loafing’s “BEST of ATL 2014 Party” at the Goat Farm Arts Center!
