Shimmy it up with Kool Kat Katherine Lashe and her burly-Q gals of Syrens of the South during Tease Tuesday Burlesque: 5th Anniversary Show at the Red Light Café! Boogie down to City Winery for a night with Le Chic paying tribute to Nile Rodgers! Folk it up at Eddie’s Attic with james of mosaics and Book Club! Jam it up with Joe Gransden and his jazz jam session at Venkman’s! The Star Bar delivers a night of retro shenanigans with DJ Quasi Mandisco’s Little 5 Points Dance Party featuring retro-soul, funk, ‘80s, ‘90s and more! Spend the night with Ira Malkin & The Vipers at Blind Willies! Get down with J.T. Speed at Fat Matt’s Rib Shack! And as always, groove on down with Swami Gone Bananas at the Northside Tavern!

Wednesday, January 9

Stomp on down to the Clermont Lounge for the Ghost Riders Car Club’s (Kool Kat Spike Fullerton)! Psyche rock it up with Yawning Man, The Buzzards of Fuzz and Fantomen at 529! Jazz it up with Trina Broussard at City Winery! Get down with The Haraway Brothers (Will and Lee of The Sundogs) and Chris Stalcup at Eddie’s Attic! Get the rockin’ blues with Mac Arnold & Plate Full O’ Blues and Roger “Hurricane” Wilson & The Hurricane Homeboys at Madlife Stage & Studios! Rock out with Nobody’s Darlings and Sloane at The Star Bar! Space Jesus invades Terminal West! Groove on down to Venkman’s for a night with Yacht Rock Revue (Led Zeppelin vs. The Who)! Get folksy with Seth Glier at the Red Clay Theatre! Sweet Melissa & The Ramblin’ Men pay tribute to the Allman Brothers at the Red Light Café with Back to Memphis paying tribute to The Band! Space Jesus invades the Variety Playhouse! Groove on down to Venkman’s for a night with Yacht Rock Revue (Led Zeppelin vs. The Who)! Groove on down to Aisle 5 for a night with Voodoo Visionary and Travers Brothership! Get the rockin’ blues with The Cazanovas at the Northside Tavern! Or blues it up with John Nemeth at Blind Willies! The Rockaholics get down at Fat Matt’s Rib Shack! Every first and third Mondays are Big Band Nights at Café 290, featuring Joe Gransden and his amazing 16-piece orchestra playing jazz and swing standards in the tradition of The Glen Miller Orchestra and other legendary groups.  Second and fourth Mondays are Bumpin the Mango, ‘The groove that makes you want to move!’

Every first Wednesday is the Graveyard Tavern’s Graveyard Swing Night, featuring the swingin’ jazz and boogie-woogie sounds of the Savoy Kings!
